Welcome to the back strength retreat at Naturel Hotels & Resorts
Our MOVECoach Matthias and his team will guide you through a programme designed to strengthen your back muscles and improve your flexibility. From strengthening exercises to gentle stretches, we offer a holistic training programme for a stable spine. Yoga, meditation and mental strength workshops also await you.
Our Back Strength Retreat starts on Sunday with your arrival (day 1). The retreat can be booked for the following dates:

Day 1: Welcome to the Back Strength Retreat!
Relaxed arrival and welcome by MOVECoach Matthias & his team in the evening to get to know each other.
Day 2: Strength & functional back training
Introduction to strength and functional back training, accompanied by health-orientated endurance exercises. End of the day in our panorama sauna.
Day 3: Fascia, nutrition & coordination
Focus on fascia training, nutrition and coordination. Stabilisation and coordination training round off the day.
Day 4: Yoga, hiking & mindfulness
Yoga with yogi Kerstin, followed by a relaxing hike and mindfulness exercises in nature. "Chair gymnastics" for shoulder relaxation and regeneration in the panorama sauna.
Day 5: Mental (back) health
Psychological workshop on mental (back) health, strengthening exercises for the back followed by a singing bowl meditation and an atmospheric torchlight hike.
Day 6: Feedback & reflection
Preventive exercises for everyday life, followed by a round of reflection and feedback at the end of the retreat.
