INBODY - RETREAT WITH FELICIA & SANDRA

Over the course of their lives, many women lose touch with themselves due to their everyday roles and experience a sense of inner numbness.
Coach Felicia and yoga and bodywork instructor Sandra know this feeling all too well. At the inBody retreat, they guide women on a healing journey to overcome this sense of alienation and reconnect deeply with their true longings.
Through a body-centered
approach, women learn to break free from unconscious
patterns, transform their inner critic, and gently release old
emotional burdens
.
Initial Contact & Process
The first step begins with a short introductory questionnaire, followed by a personal conversation to determine how the inBody Retreat can best support you. The retreat is conducted in German or English, depending on your preference.

- Wednesday: Arrival and Welcome Circle
- Thursday–Saturday: Workshops on topics such as blind spots, inner strength, self-worth, and much more
- Sunday: Departure
Services & Rates
We offer apartments for multiple or single occupancy starting at €520, including the following services:
- Full board (breakfast buffet, lunch snack, dinner buffet or set menu)
- Free parking in the village
- Free shuttle service for guests arriving by public transportation
- Use of the Naturel SPA with various saunas, a fitness room, and pools
- ERLEBNIS CARD for the Villach region
The workshop fee of € 470 is to be paid directly to Felicia Nagel.
Booking Terms
Ms. Nagel will handle the booking for you following the initial consultation . By registering for the retreat, you agree that Ms. Nagel may share your information with Naturel Hotels & Resorts. The booking confirmation, deposit, and payment for accommodations (including meals) are handled directly between the participant and the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- Free of charge up to 15 days before arrival
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the booked services
- 7 days or less before arrival and no-shows: 100% of the booked services
